Villa Bis currently offers 4 studio apartments which are named 11, 12, 13 and 14. All of these apartments are equal in size and have the same layout. The only major difference between the apartments is the fact that apartments 11 and 12 are located on the first floor, while apartments 13 and 14 are on the second floor. Other distinctions can be found in minor details, such as the wall colors or paintings.



Each studio apartment has approximately 30 square meters and can accommodate up to 3 adults when the extra bed is included. Dining room and kitchen are in one room and together occupy 12 square meters. In the bedroom, which has 13 square meters, you will find one double bed for 2 adults. Children's bed or an extra adult bed can be added to the room. Each apartment has a private terrace or a balcony overlooking the garden. On the other side of the house, two neighboring apartments share a balcony with the garden view (apartments 11 and 12) or sea view (apartments 13 and 14). Since they are next to each other and share a corridor/balcony, two neighboring studio apartments can be easily transformed into one bigger apartment for a family or two couples to enjoy. In this way guests can still stay together, but also have more privacy when needed.



All studio apartments are equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay. In the bedroom there is a satellite TV and radio, as well as the air conditioning unit (apartments 11 and 12). In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare and serve food, as well as the refrigerator with deep freezer, coffee maker, toast maker etc. All bathrooms have showers. Numerous other services can be arrange with the owner, such as the use of a computer, wireless internet access, telephone/fax, iron, washing machine etc.



All guests have a secure parking for their vehicles and can freely enjoy the garden, the barbecue, play table tennis or badminton. Each apartment is cleaned free of charge at the arrival of new guests, and also at least once a week if guests decide to stay for a longer period of time.
