Experience the unique atmosphere of a delightful Victorian residence! Rent our apartment in Villa Victoria, built in the late 1800 by the well known architect Thomas Smith.

Still characterised by the period, this apartment combines its traditions with modern comforts and facilities with a fully equipped kitchen. A window gallery and a balcony along the sides of the house.



Capacity up to 4 people. One double bed (140cm), one double sofa bed and one folding bed.

Villa Victoria is located just off the Plages du Midi, just a few minutes walk from the Old Town of Cannes and the Palais des Festivals, Croisette, the beaches and all else that Cannes and the Riviera has to offer and the house itself is surrounded by an old stone wall.



- Beach (Plage du Midi): 3 minutes

- Palais des Festivals: 15 minutes

- Bus station for the airport coaches: 10 minutes

- Shops for essentials and grocery: 5 minutes

- Restaurants: 5 minutes



A short 3-minute walk takes you to Plage du Midi where you will find a well-managed public beach. You will also find sections of the beach where you can rent a parasol, a mattress, etc. From the beach to the Palais des festivals and further via the Croisette you will find a large number of restaurants, bars, from budget to very expensive.



If you want to start the morning with fresh seafood, vegetables, etc, you can walk to the towns primary market, Marché Forville, open all days of the week except Monday. The colourful floral market of Allees de la Liberte is located near the Marché Forville and offers freshly cut, seasonal blooms. Just a 10 - 15 minutes walk from our flat

April - May, September - October: 650 Euro

November - March: 550 Euro

Cleaning at departure included in the price.

If you rent the apartment during a congress, bed linen and towels are included.
