The apartment comes fully equipped with all the conveniences, a private entrance and its own garden.

Ideal for a family of four, the apartment is available for both short term and long term rental. The apartment is close to banks, shopping, grocery stores, bakeries, butchers shops, greengrocers and a large supermarket. There are a number of restaurants (Chinese, Mexican, Greek, International, seafood) as well as cafes within walking distance.

The lovely Kefalari Square of Kifissia with its cafes and restaurants is less than 5 minutes drive away. A childrens' playground is very close by.

The Metro to the center of Athens is less than ten minutes' drive from the apartment. The Metro to the center of Athens takes about 25-30 minutes. Buses to the Kifissia Metro station run regularly from a nearby street. The National Highway No.1 (E75) going North and South to and leading to the Attica Highway to and from the Athens airport and Peloponnese is less than a minute away.
