Luxury airconditioned beach villa with private garden only 10 minutes walk from sandy beaches and just 20 km from Athens centre. Near Rafina port so Greek Islands with easy reach. Ideal for those who wish to enjoy a cultural holiday together with a relaxing beach holiday.
The villa is made up of two apartments. The main apartment can be rented separately and sleeps up to 5 persons, or together with the ground floor apartment which then sleeps 10 persons. The first floor apartment is not rented out on it's own - only together with the main apartment if more room is desired.
The main apartment is on the second and third floors. On the second floor you'll find a modern kitchen with electric oven, grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and microwave, lounge with Sat TV, DVD and radio/CD player,elegant dining area, wc, and store-room. A stairway leads up from the garden to the entance door where there is a large balcony. The kitchen and the dining area both have additional balconies.
An indoor spiral staircase leads to the third floor where you'll find two bedrooms, one with an ocean view and two single beds and another with bunkbeds, a full bathroom and a store-room. A roll-away-bed provides extra sleeping for 1 person and can be used anywhere in the house. Both bedrooms have balconies. An outdoor marble staircase leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy a view of the Aegean Sea and the mountains.
The ground floor apartment has three bedrooms, one with two singles and one with a single each, a full bathroom, lounge with Sat TV and a kitchen with electric oven, fridge/freezer and grill. This apartment sleeps 4 extra persons - 9 all together.
The washing machine/clothes drier you'll find in an outdoor building in the garden. The garden (550 sq mt) is fenced in, private, child friendly and has ample garden furniture and a BBQ. There is secure parking space within the garden.
The villa is siituated in Loutsa, a lively Greek coastal town with a small harbour for private boats. Loutsa is 20 km from Athens which can be easily reached with bus/metro. The bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the house. Bakers, supermarket and other small shops are 5 to 10 minutes walk away.
The beach is 10 minutes easy walk. Child and non swimmer friendly with shallow waters you can practice here all manner of water sports. Lousta offers shops ,markets,boutiques, to browse around cafes, restaurants and an open air cinema which shows films in English. Along the coast road taverns serving traditional Greek food for reasonable prices welcome you and your family. Loutsa has something for everybody all year round as nothing closes during the winter season.
Rafina is 5 km away. From here the ferries sail to the Greek Islands. Day trips to Mykonos, Andros and Evia are on offer. The coastline abounds with picturesque spots to swim and sunbathe and small towns to stroll around.
Athens is not only rich in Greek history but also offers traditional markets, exclusive shops, parks, restaurants of all kinds, museums, galleries, exhibitions, concerts extra. Athens has something for everybody all year round.
Other very intersting trips are Mycene, Corinth, Delphi, Cape Sounion, Epidauros, Marathon, Napflio and many more. A tour of Peleponese is unforgettable.
Athens airport is just 30 minutes drive with taxi or hired car although we can arrange airport transport.

Rates:
Main apartment for up to 5 persons: per night 100 euros, per week, 700 euros.
Main apartment together with the ground floor apartment for up to 10 persons: per night, 130 euros, per week 900 euros.
Security deposit: 150 euros.
Price includes cleaning at the end of the vacation.
