Villa Ftelia is a traditional Mykonian complex located in the charming bay of Ftelia. Built on a private area of 4.000 m2, combines the ideal location of a hillside with the proximity to the sea, walking distance 500m. from the beach, and 7km from the port, the town and the airport, ensuring ultimate privacy to the visitor. Arriving on the private parking of the villa, the green garden welcomes you providing shadow and a relaxing atmosphere. The vast veranda of 50m2 faces the cosmopolitan beaches of Panormos and Agios Sostis, presenting the visitor spectacular sunset and marvellous panoramic view of the Aegean Sea. The villa consists of two levels. In the upper part, there is the main house, 110 m2. The main building follows the Mykonian architecture with glass arches and high ceilings, and grants the living room with full view to the landscape and wonderful sea view. Connected to the living room, on a higher level, there is a dining table leading to the fully equipped kitchen and a decorative traditional oven. Also, there is a bathroom (shower & toilet) and two cosy bedrooms, the master one with a double bed, and the other one with two single beds. In the lower part, there are two studios of 25 m2 with en-suite facilities, small multifunctional-kitchen, and independent verandas. One studio has a double bed and the other one has three single beds.



The traditional village of Ano Mera, 1 km distance, has many supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, bakeries, cash dispenser (ATM) , and a pharmacy. Besides, Ftelia beach has two nice restaurants for lunch and dinner, Akrh and Castello di sabbia, in a walking distance (0,5km). The closest beaches for swimming, except Ftelia, are Kalo Livadi, Elia, and Kalafatis.



Activities in Mykonos: swimming, sunbathing, snorkelling, scuba diving, sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, fishing, other water sports, mountain biking, horse riding on the beach, paintball, go-kart, museums, ancient sites, and daily excursions to the historic monuments of Delos island, besides diverse services found in the lively Mykonos town.
