Rental conditions

Minimum rental of 3 nights. ( Except Christmas Season: 21st Dec - 1st Jan - 7 nights minimum booking/payment required)



Self catering only



A non-refundable deposit of 25 % is required to secure your reservation. The balance of the total rental amount is due a minimum of 6 weeks before the check in date.



The villas are only available to families and couples only, all male/female groups cannot be accommodated.



The privacy and tranquility of the villas around must be respected at all times.



The villas are for self catering holiday use only.



No Pets are permitted.



Smoking on the terraces or gardens only.



In keeping with Thai Tradition, outdoor shoes must not be worn inside the villas.
