The house is just few steps from one of the best beaches of San Juan and is in a really secure and quiet street, we provide to you beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, kayaks, beach towels.



This amazing property it is located in Punta Las Marias, between the two San Juan touristic zones, Condado, which is the center for all major boutique stores and fine restaurants right next to the ocean, and Isla Verde, which is at 5 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes to Old San Juan (it is our most important historical area which offer all the surroundings of the Spanish Conquistador era with plenty of stores and boutiques catering specially to tourists looking for good deals on jewelry, arts and crafts, clothing and apparel, and typical Puerto Rico food). Also You have the EL YUNQUE RAIN FOREST at 40 minutes or less an the CAMUY CAVERNS like an 1 and a half hour from San Juan.



This is a pedestrian friendly community, you can go walking to some places like meat restaurants, pizza restaurant, pubs, discos, pharmacy and a convenient store in the 24 hours gas station. The supermarket is only 2 or 3 minutes by car !!! however if you don't want to rent a car, there are taxis services but if you like to go to restaurants, casinos, maybe is better for you to rent it!
