Boccale Villa is placed in the residential part of Reggio Calabria (South Italy)+- 15km far from center and 10min from airport . Villa is available for rent all year and the weather is wonderful from the end of April to end of November. House is located on a hill 300m above the sea and it is ten minutes walk from the sea however it is necessary to have a car. It is a 200m house with three bedrooms and living room with sofa double bed (1 double bedroom with orthopaedic meters, one triple room and one small room with one single bed). There are two bathrooms, big living room with fireplace and big kitchen. It is comfortable for 4-8 persons. Villa is very quiet so perfect for relaxing holidays and good for kids. It is rawer country stile house with particular artistic atmosphere so don't aspect **** commodities. From the court yard you can see Etna volcano, sea and grapes fields. There is barbecue place, hammock and a car place. It’s good to rent a car to make same excursion and have an opportunity to visit splendid Calabrian coast and in the same time beautiful mountain (witch are half-hour of drive). Sicily (Messina) is 30-40min from villa taking ferries from Villa S. Giovani. Reggio Calabria is famous for it’s marvels sea promenade with vegetation coming from all over the world and nice liberty city center . The biggest cultural attraction is National Archaeological Museum where you can admire Greek colonial art. During a summer there are pretty many concerts and various activities.
