South side of a twin home with panoramic ocean views in a country setting. Located in Rosarito Beach, Baja Calfornia, Mexico. Only 18 miles south of San Diego, California.
Enjoy breath-taking sunsets, passing ocean liners and migrating whales from these bright and spacious homes. Modern construction, large comfortable bedrooms opening to balconies with panoramic, unobstructed ocean views, lots of closet space, Italian ceramic floors throughout, very large, modern kitchens with tiled counters and glassware showcases. Each unit has central heat and is completely furnished with linens, kitchenware and appliances, including refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, microwave toaster, TV/VCR and Satellite dish service programming in both English and Spanish.
A cement block fence with security double iron gates surrounds the entire property. A 180-degree ocean view is enjoyed from the safety glass enclosed front terraces and balconies. Both units have enclosed tiled patios with built-in BBQs and outside showers (beach access across the road.) Each unit has terraced gardens with palms, fruit trees and tropical flowers.
Also available: "MARBELLA" - the north side of the twin home, with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
When both units rented, a party of 14 can fit!
