The Famous Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré and Avenue Montaigne are very close and you can shop in a lot of stores of the most famous french and international luxury brands : Cartier , Louis Vuitton , Mauboussin, Hugo Boss, Escada etc .. and we are next to the most prestigious palaces of Paris : Crillion , Marriott, Fouquet's Barriere , Claridge, George V , Plaza - Athenee etc..

Lots of the most famous museums of the world are very close : Louvres , Grand Palais , Petit Palais etc...





From 2 balconies , there is a breath taking movie view on Champs Elysees, Eiffel Tower, Tuileries, Notre Dame de Paris, L'arc de Triomphe, Tower Montparnasse , Grand Palais etc..

Fourth floors with elevators, Recently refurbished and renovated. Free 100 channels cables and internet , very wide flat panel TV, DVD player, HIFI stereo brand new, 2 kitchens with all equipments and amenities, towels and linens provided, dish washer, washing drying machine, boiler, toaster, coffee machine Nespresso and free coffee, micro wave, hair dryer, iron board,

3 very large beds 200*160 and 4 sofas 100*200. . Very quiet, double glazing,

Living room is very spacey.







A large supermarket is open until midnight located at the corner with free deliveries.

Lots of restaurants, discotheques, movie theaters, museums , coffee shops , luxury stores and malls, parking spaces, public transportations are available.

Euro -Disney is 45 mn away by RER A.

What made our experience excellent? Let's see, besides the central location and beauty of the place, here are a few more reasons. In the morning, you have the Nespresso machine (expresso) to wake you up and if that's not enough, you have Starbucks coffee downstairs. Monoprix (grocery shopping) is 2 blocks away (on the same side of the street) that is open until 12 AM everyday except Sunday. There are 2 Metro stops to choose from Franklin D. Roosevelt or George V depending on which direction you are going, There is Fouquets restaurant across the street when you are in the mood for a nice restaurant, La Duree for sweets (known for their macaroons), Paul's next door for some quick and scrumptious pastries, and George V restaurant or bar for a 5 star experience. Of course, it does not hurt that their are other luxury stores close by like Louis Vuitton, etc.

Eric and his assistant Eugene were very helpful, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They responded right away when we had questions about the appt. or when we needed their help.

My family (my husband and 2 daughters (16 & 21 yrs. old) loved the place. Our vacation was fabulous making our Paris vacation one of the most memorable events in our lives!

We really lived the Parisian life, and we just love the apartment. It has the most beautiful view we have ever seen on the Champs Elysees. We could enjoy every minute of it.
