Great apartment just 20 min walking from Duomo Squadre right in the hearth of the center of Florence. 5 minutes from Arno River 20 minutes from the Old Bridge, Palazzo Pitti and Uffizi Gallery. By train: 40 minutes to Rome, 30 min to Bologna, 1,5 hrs from Venice and Verona.



The apartment consists of a beautiful bedroom with queen sized bed with pillow top mattress, SAT TV with almost all movie channels. There are two TV's, one being a 27" TV, SAT receiver and dvd player, high ceilings, couch/full size bed, and high speed wireless internet connection. In the pictures, you can see the two bedrooms, the living room , the bathroom, the kitchen, the dining room and the garden. At your disposal also the washer, garbage disposal, fridge, microwave and all the other furniture.



The home is very clean and well decorated. Unfortunately I am living in Vienna but my mom will take care of all checkin checkout procedures. If you have any questions, let me know.



This apartment is about 5 minutes to a large supermarket and cute little shops 2, outdoor cafes, restaurants and movie theaters.



The rate is $95 per night for 3 nights or less and $85 per night for 4 nights or more. The unit price is for 2 with additional $10 per night for additional guests. This can sleep up to 5-6 people comfortably. Additional $30 will be asked for the cleaning service. Thanks!
