Cottage Villa LYDIA *** is situated in the typical Istrian village courtyard. The pearl of the Istrian architecture - water cistern – making the first floor gallery of 15m2, built some 80 years ago, is protected from the sun by also 80 years old vine grape that still gives crops of the Istrian malvasia wine sort. Welcome to try!



The courtyard provides you with total privacy, safe place for children play, possibility for resting-time and leisure-time in tranquil conditions, as well as with off-road parking in the open air or in the garage. There is also the house of owners who are permanently at your service.



Cottage Villa LYDIA, built in the beginning of 20th century, has been soundly renovated in 2002, retaining its character whilst providing all modern conveniences. By the Decision of the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Croatia, the cottage was given the category of "3*" and licence for renting.



The ground floor: the main entrance to the living room with kitchen/dinning room, including SAT TV. Bathroom: WC, bidet, shower cubicle and washbasin. There are also stairs to the first floor.



The first floor: double bedroom and twin bedroom, and large living room. Exit to the balcony with stone stairs to the front courtyard.



The cottage is completely furnished with old-style (restored) furniture. The traditional materials (wood and stone) as well as methods were used during the cottage restoring. The kitchen is equipped with necessary electric appliances and cutlery. Bed linen and towels included.
