The villa…

A picture tells more than thousand words. Take a look at the photographs. In contrary of the usual style in Andalusia, the villa has a modern look and feel. What you need to know is that the villa has 4 large bedrooms (each with its own terrace), 3 fully equipped bathrooms (and 1 separate toilet), a garage, a carport, two entrances (on different levels), a swimming pool (4 by 8 meters), adjacent to the living. The villa is located on a spot of 1250 square meters, in the middle of a magnificent garden, with several old palm trees which give cooling shade during a hot summer day. The villa is completely furnished, with a luxury kitchen and everything else you can imagine. The only neighbours you have are down below. El Sue?o is located at Urbanizacion Alfamar, at the coastal road between Almu?ecar and Salobre?a. However, you will not hear any traffic noise at all. Is what you can see fabulous, what you cannot see is even more attractive. The complete villa is prepared to install airco and heating equipment. The main part of the villa has been build with YTONG-material. This keeps the villa cool in the summer and warm on the – scarce - chilly days. ‘At airport of Malaga, go left!’ Since most of the visitors of Costa del Sol go to Marbella, this is an unusual direction. Less than 15 years ago, a trip from Malaga to Salobre?a took almost 3 hours. Nowadays, due to a huge amounts of European money (your tax payments?), the highway brings you to Almu?ecar and in less than one hour you will reach the villa. This history was not without effects. Gladly, one must say. Not only is the density of (holiday) housing far less than in the area between Torremolinos en Estepona, you will get more value for money as well. The same investment in Marbella to buy at ‘third rank’ (almost literally) is needed to buy first rank at Costa Tropical: with a lot of private space and, of course, with the Mediterranean at your feet. Not to mention the vicinity of the magnificent city of Granada, the mountains of the Sierra Nevada and the historical villages of Las Alpujarras.

The historically bad road connections do also have two more advantages. The tourist population mainly consists of Spanish people. As long as they all have the habit of taking their holiday in August, Costa Tropical will stay quiet during 11 months each year. Of course, one may aspect that more foreigners will find this region in the next coming years. Since the local government has a restrictive policy, the value of your property will increase on the long run. This expectation will make your stay at Costa Tropical even more attractive.
