RODA GOLF & BEACH RESORT - The gated community at Roda Golf is home to a stunning 18-hole par 72 golf course exclusively designed by Dave Thomas who also designed the Brabazon course at the De-Vere Belfry, the Ryder cup venue in Birmingham. Fast becoming one of the top courses in the area it has been accredited as the PGA European base. Play golf, take lessons or just practice on the driving range.

WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY:

• The whole resort is wheelchair friendly and has lifts and ramps to all apartments and the club house.

• Whilst located on the 1st floor there is wheelchair access from the carpark and main entrance via the lift, although internal doors are only standard width.

NOTES:

• Secure underground parking and storage area for golf clubs & baby buggy.

• Smoking is allowed but on the Patio only please.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT:

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the apartment for your chosen dates.

The balance is due 8 weeks before travel. If travel is within 10 weeks of booking the full amount is required to be paid..

SECURITY BOND:

£150 security bond required on booking. Refunded within 15 days of your departure (subject to inspection) once the keys have been safely returned to us, and assuming no damage has been caused to the apartment.

PAYMENT:

Our primary method of payment is by Bank Transfer. However, for convenience, payment can be made by Credit/Debit card in Sterling or Euro using PayPal (subject to fee).

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE:

The property is available from 16:00 hours on arrival and should be vacated by 11:00 hours on the day of departure (local time) - although we will try to accommodate earlier arrivals and late departures where possible.
