Our Villa is located in a typical small Istrian village about 20 km from Novigrad in Croatia. A grocery store is just 200 m away. The Villa has a lot of living space for 4 people and is situated on private grounds with a swimming pool, deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue and a small playground for children. It offers a superb holiday environment. The house has central heating and air conditioning as well as private parking.



Acommodation



On the Ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bath with shower, WC, big living room with TV Sat and a fireplace made from Istrian stone.



On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds as well as terrace with a set of chairs and a hammock.



Near the house there are some of the famous Istrian wine’s producers and in their wine cellars you can taste and purchase wines. It is interesting to mention that the grounds are suitable for growing Malvasia and Muscat grapes.



Within a short drive you can find nice Istrian restaurants and agrotourism providers offering many typical Istrian products exclusively made with homemade ingredients as well as food prepared with truffles.

Mimimum rental period in the summer: one week (Saturday to Saturday)

Additional bed - daily - 10 EUR

Pets - daily - 10 EUR per pet (upon request)

Child bed - daily - 10 EUR

One time registriation fee: 5 EUR per person

The resident tax is not included in the price of the accommodation and is paid for person per day:

Children up to 11,99 years don't pay the resident tax ; children from 12 - 18 years pay 50%.
