Welcome to our new villa of 400 m2 total area and 1000 m2 court with ray-grass, sectional pool and summer-house with barbeque, located in sea-resort Bqla, near Varna ( 25 minutes by car ), the sea-capital of Bulgaria and .The villa is situated in a very calm and relaxing area, with incredible sea-view, only 200 metres from the Black Sea coast and the beach.

Our villa is luxury furnished. Lounge (60 m2), dining-room with fireplace, big and modern completely furnished kitchen, 2 double bed rooms,2 triple bedrooms /all with terraces/, a relaxing room and 3 bathrooms. All the premises are air conditioned.
