This spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom is in the quiet, high-end gated community Desert Princess Resort. 10-15 minute drive to Palm Springs shopping, dining, sites & nightlife! It has all the comforts of home, including 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed and 2 full beds) full kitchen, 2 full baths including tub and shower, cable tv, internet, washer/dryer in unit, and private patio with BBQ. There are entrances to the patio from the living room area and master bedroom. Enjoy watching the sunset from the private patio as you overlook the green belts.

The resort has 33 pools and hot tubs, 9 tennis courts, 4 lighted courts, PGA golf course, full service spa, fitness center, restaurant, public bar, free parking and 24 security. Come stay in style at this desert paradise.

Our newly renovated Spa has everything one is looking for in a first-class spa experience. The Spa at Desert Princess offers a variety of spa services such as massage, facials and amazing body treatments. The exclusive and luxurious spa pool and patio areas make it a wonderful area to relax and take in some sun, read a book or gather with friends and enjoy our beautiful surroundings in between spa treatments.

Desert Princess offers a full range of recreational opportunities for its members and guests: tennis, fitness, bocceball, pickleball, racquetball, squash, basketball, horseshoes, and swimming.

Pools are open from 8 am until 10 pm. The Fitness Center is open from 6 am – 7 pm Monday-Friday and 7 am – 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Resort is a 10-15 minute drive from the famous Aerial Tramway, Visitor's Center, Living Zoo, Museums, Restaraunts, Shopping, Water Park, Boomers Amusement Park, and more!

Walking distance to one of the 33 pools and spas and close to tennis courts.

Important rules:

NO SMOKING ALLOWED: if there is any evidence of smoking in the unit, including odor, the security deposit will be forfeited.

Security Deposit due is $350 to cover any damages.

Utility Deposit due is $250 to cover any overages.

A $5 per day utility fee will be added to your reservation. Any overage will come out of the utility deposit.

All remaining deposits will be returned within 7 days from checkout. I've never had to use any of the deposits in over 60 rentals. I don't anticipate this, however I find this keeps guests from abusing and misusing the utilities.

No parties, loud music or disruption. Doing so will result in immediate removal from the property by security and no refunds will be granted.

** Long term guests staying over 28 days are responsible for paying utilities.
